Okay, let me change this review, I have never paid money for something & then they call back the next day to say they don’t have it, but I could pick from 3 different colors but the material is not the same. He said I could get the floor model & he could discount it but would have to talk to somebody else before telling me. I am now very frustrated it’s November 28th & it will take 4 weeks to get to my home even though it’s just a few miles away in the warehouse. Christmas is in 4 weeks & now I am not sure if it will be here in time. My dilemma is having to take a floor model that’s been sat on by every, for who knows how long, or to go with a different texture fabric. Don’t they look into their system to see if it’s available before completing the deal? We took our time to come up to Trivetts & now I have to go up there again to feel the fabric of a different material. I wanted a certain chair & now they said they are discontinuing that chair....Gesh! Trivetts should have been honest & up front before taking any money. And if you don’t know that you have something, don’t tell customers you do and change your story the next day!
Jim Lopez is such a professional. His experience and knowledge of the industry and product are superior. The prices are fair and the customer service we recieved were top notch as well. I will be recommending all my friends and family to Trivetts and to Jim.
Jerry was great. Had not planned to buy that day but he showed us exactly what we wanted and helped us pick out the fabric. He was open and honest about the cost. What was put on paper is what we paid. The young lady that helped us with financial part was just as great!! I will definitely be returning!
Jim was knowledgeable and friendly. He was what I consider a “low key “ (but enthusiastic) sales person in that he was not “pushy” at all. He left us alone to browse and showed us various options. His willingness to work with us so that we were able to get what we didn’t know we wanted (microfiber vs. leather) was appreciated. We are looking forward to getting our new furniture!
When we entered the store we were greeted by a salesperson who introduced them self and asked what we were interested in. After advising them of the furniture we were looking for they pointed us in the area we needed to look and then let us look around without hovering. Very refreshing, no sales pitch or pressure. After finding what we wanted the salesperson worked with us to get the furniture we wanted at what we felt was a fair price. I would recommend Trivett's to anyone looking for a pleasant shopping experience.
My husband & I where wanting to buy a recliner a few months ago but because of crazy high prices we decided against it & then we realized Black Friday sales were still happening, so we went to look & actually found the piece we wanted last time but this time it was marked down to a reasonable price. Our sales guy was very nice & not pushy but listen to what we wanted & we made the purchase. Since I have bought at store before I already knew the quality of the furniture and i am delighted with our purchase!
