Everyone in the store is very helpful. Teresa came to my home took measurements and helped me choose the correct layout, furniture, fabrics and colors for my basement. She was very helpful and put my mind at ease that I was making the best choices for my purchase in this particular room. Great customer service! The best I have seen at a furniture store ever!
We were welcomed to the store and informed of our customization options. Brandon also worked to find me furniture that fit the space I had. He fully explained the different fabric choices available. He also did a wonderful job of being available when I had questions but didn't hover. He gave me the space to walk around and see things and have time to experience and think about the sofas I was considering.
Teresa and Carly worked diligently to assist me in selecting fabrics that i love. Teresa also came out to my home to take measurements and make sure the fabrics worked well with my paint colors.
We got a great price on a nice recliner with great features. Salesperson was super helpful and the transaction was easy to execute, quick and pain free.
